Name, company, email, phone (optional) and the message you send. The server also logs the minimal technical data required for security and operation.

Purpose

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. We do not use the data for marketing without separate consent.

Legal basis

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Retention

Up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention period applies.

Recipients

Web hosting and email service, both with servers in the European Union. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can exercise them by email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).
